I has a job!

Apparently mortonhall did a lovely job of convincing my new employers that I could run a school library.
on my own.
this is slightly terrifying.
I start on thursday! eep.

As long as I will soon have a regular income and also have school holidays off I am also going to swancon. There are no direct flights from perth to brisbane. This bugs me. So in a week I'll go to Mel, Per, Syd and Brisbane. And byron, but I'll get a bus there. Hah, my parents leave tullamarine three hours after the cheap flight does. actually, that might almost work - they will have to check in early after all.

And now I have no excuse not to vote for baralier for naff.

Maybe we can convince them to extend the race by a tiny bit. After all, it was kind of a very short race.

There are direct flights PER-BNE. Qantas does several a day. They may not be cheap when you happen to want them, of course.

an excellent chance. i'll be up from easter tuesday till the following wednesday, except that I need to go to byron for the weekend. will give you a buzz when I know where I'm staying and what else I'm doing.

too late now! I think realistically my chances of getting a cheap flight over easter in a month are slim anyway. All the qantas ones I saw were via melbourne.

next term. i will definitely come in april or may. when would be good for you?

Probably May. Our holidays don't match up with yours because we only have 3 terms, but I don't get school holidays off anyway so it makes no real difference. So I'll be working is the only thing (can't take time off - I will have just got back from overseas!) but there are wineries and shops and a Wii with Harry Potter.

Congrats on the job! You baffled me slightly with the Per-Bris thing because I'm sure my parents have done it, but if all the direct flights are booked 'cause of Easter that makes sense.
