(no subject)

so tommorrow morning i'm off to dublin for a couple days, say hi to some people and get my bank account sorted out, and then i've booked a trip round the ring of kerry.
I was looking for somewhere to stay in dublin this weekend after the ring of kerry trip but no joy - apparently there is some kind of sporting match and i ought to have booked beds three months ago. So I'm going to take the train up to belfast saturday night and be all touristy for a couple days.
I figure that handing out a dozen resumes and then leaving town for a week or ten days means i'll get 8 calls for interviews. hope so anyway.

The place I stayed at in Dublin was *very* good.
Dublin - Grafton House, 26-27 South Great Georges Street, +0011 353 1 679 2041
Could also email someone I know and see if either he or his friends has a spare bed? If you want?
Ciao

I can email you the name and email of some friends in Dublin in case things get dicey. There are some cities in the world where a bed is optional and all-night bars are your friend. I'm not really sure Dublin counts as one of them though...

I don't know about Dublin or Belfast, but at least you're not in Scotland (http://www.thesun.co.uk/article/0,,2-2007050841,00.html).

I'm reading your books! They're great. I especially liked Isaac Asimov's cunning ruse to write about himself (and make fun of Harlan Ellison) for a few hundred pages while passing it off as a detective novel.
