My accent must be fucked up; an Australian -- a queenslander -- couldn't pick it. I have been told that I should like i'm from somewhere in the Southern Hemisphere where they speak English but no more specific than that. And also, the internet tells me:
I had a long post mostly talking about zombies and st patrick's day (rainy) but it was eaten by the internets. I'll resurrect some of it, possibly, maybe, have to go play on flickr first.

Queenslanders don't know anything except killing cane toads and social conservatism.
Speaking of which, check out Conservapedia (http://www.conservapedia.com/Main_Page). Some Christian fundies determined that "Wikipedia is six times more liberal than the American public", so they set up an alternative that "give(s) full credit to Christianity and America".
A friend of mine swears he found a page related to evolution that featured a picture of Jesus riding a brontosaurus.

I've found that while the obvious topics (abortion, gun control, that kind of thing) are entertaining, the real gold is hidden in among obscure stuff. For example, they hate CE and BCE (http://www.conservapedia.com/CE) dating systems because it's part of a conspiracy to erode belief in Jesus.

i think my problem is not that they are occasionally so almost nearly half-right, but that they pick the crazy logic to get there.
