so, a couple days ago i was tagged by
rwrylsin to explain my username, which is embarassing cause i don't actually know. But, i just thought, maybe caity remembers?
also, happy birthday me! and happy birthday
mortonhall!
what's up with hailing on my birthday? it's supposed to be spring! this isn't an arbitrary daffodil! it snowed yesterday. kinda impressive.
also, zombies, via making light:

Shotguns and axes and chainsaws from Husky
Searchlights that start up when night's growing dusky
Claymores that fire when I pull on their strings
These are a few of my favorite things.
Plywood-clad doorways that last until morning
Kick-started motorbikes, engines a-roaring
Flamethrowers spewing the napalm that clings
These are a few of my favorite things.
When the zombie
Shuffles t'ward me
And the world looks bad
I simply remember my favorite things
And then I don't feel too sad.

I don't really remember about celuran, only that it started out as celura? And then you just added an arbitrary n when you needed to change it.
Personally I think more daffodils should be more arbitrary more often.

thanks!

but either way it was after the double l, and perhaps i had had enough of double l's. I do remember that was in science class in year 10; i believe it was mr cain? tall, old, liked sailing? AND if i went back to school i could walk you to the specific room the extra l turned up in - a science lab, obviously, facing towards mandeville crescent and on the toorak road side of the mary ward building.
OMG i'm going to stop recreating my high school in my head, it is disturbing me.

:[bursts out laughing]: Especially since there *were* no science labs on the Toorak road side. Malvern road side, yes, which would narrow your choices down to two, one on A floor and one on C. ;o)
Was Mr Cain the one with the Scottish accent?
no subject
Yes, it is. But is his name really Mr Cain? sounds wrong somehow.

so, now we know exactly where the extra l started. and we've confirmed that no one at all knows why my username! excellent.

(Anonymous) 2007-03-19 10:23 pm (UTC)(link)i'm sure there's a calvin & hobbes quote somewhat applicable, but my mind escapes me this early. raining in melbourne, or trying to rain, or not.
and yeah, the celura thing was your hotmail address p'raps? you added the 'n' to make up that nasty 7th character when signing up for something or other.
this is the maid speaking.
