Just got a reply to my support request to exchange for the next size up DOWN - they're sending me another t-shirt at no extra cost and I don't have to return the one I got today because she doesn't want me to incur extra shipping charges.

Nope that's cafepress themselves. Their support people. So I wrote back and said thank you and I'd keep buying stuff off them. Because I totally will now.
