so that i have it written down somewhere and it doesn't take two years to find the recipe again:
drunken eggplant is the soused zucchini recipe from arabesque, only with 1 teaspoon less honey and also add some pinenuts after.
white fish: rosemary, thyme and salt all bashed together, 2 cloves of garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and spread over fillets.
