not to rub it in, but the carosel icecream cake is really good. there are swirls of chocolate & vanilla ice creams and a vein of chocolate chips through the middle. mmmm even the writing tastes delicious!
If you do, you should put chocolate chips or something in it - the different texture is really nice. The chips they use aren't really chocolate chips - they might be biscuit crumbs? but they put them all in a layer, not mixed through the whole thing. You could maybe use nuts there too.
