Feb. 20th, 2007 11:14 pmdamn it my computer ate the last entry. i was saying something about a job interview going badly, but then actually taking louise's advice for once and volunteering for the galway arts festival and signing up to conventions.
kinda want a snail mail address before i join too many cons - don't want kat to need to pick up my mail for the next six months - and i still don't have one of them. ah well.
also, you can buy lentils in galway! and even cumin! but you do have to go to the health food store for anything even vaguely related to indian food. which makes the fact that i live on the top floor of a building with not one but two indian restaurants even weirder. Did make it easier when i realised i had no rice though - phoned downstairs and buy the time i made it to the ground floor they had my serve of plain rice ready.
