things that are probably obvious if you've seen me in person but i haven't mentioned on lj yet:

• I am charmed by an opera that ends with streamers being thrown around a police station. (I'm charmed by streamers generally, as long as whoevers throwing them cleans them up)
  • (working in a school is really developing the bit where I slowly turn into my mother)
• I joined a derby league and freshmeat training starts on sunday
  • (i joined with flick so i can't wuss out but i've spent a very long time avoiding any more physical exercise than being a waitress and i am so ready to wuss out now)
• Matt Smith is my favourite doctor, yesyes
• Nine is still my favourite juice shop owner
• Firefox thinks the second instance of "favourite" is misspelt but they are both the same STUPID
